We offer worldwide free‑shipping to deliver a convenient and seamless experience for our customers. However, due to local import regulations, we cannot ship to the following destinations: Islamic countries, India, African nations, Brazil and Moldova.

Shipping for In‑Stock Love Dolls:
Enjoy fast and reliable delivery from our overseas warehouses located in the US, EU, Canada and Australia. If you select an in‑stock doll available in your region, it will be shipped directly from the nearest warehouse for speedy delivery.

Processing Time: Orders placed on business days are processed within 24‑48 hours.
Transit Time: Generally 3‑5 business days.

If your selected product is out of stock at your local warehouse, we will arrange direct shipment from our factory for timely delivery. This normally takes around two weeks.

Shipping for Custom‑Made Love Dolls
For custom orders, your doll will be carefully manufactured at our factory with great precision and attention to detail.

Production Time: 7‑10 days (approximately 1‑2 weeks)

Transit Time:
‑ United States: About 3‑4 weeks
‑ UK / California / Australia: About 3‑4 weeks
‑ European Union: About 4‑5 weeks

Total Lead Time: From production to delivery, most custom‑made dolls arrive within 4‑5 weeks, subject to destination.

Duties & Taxes:
Import duties may apply upon delivery in certain countries. These fees are generally around $100, depending on the product and local regulations. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Nevertheless, we will offer full‑process assistance to make the procedure as smooth as possible.

For customers in Australia and Canada:
Additional import duties and fees may be incurred. After order placement, our support team will provide full details of relevant charges and guide you through the whole procedure.

Country‑Specific Import Charges:
‑ United States: No import duties or fees.
*Note: A $200 surcharge applies to parcels shipped to Hawaii and Alaska due to long‑distance transportation.

‑ Europe: Most European countries including Germany and France are duty‑exempt.
*Please note: Non‑EU countries including the United Kingdom, Switzerland and certain island territories impose duties based on parcel weight and local customs rules. Besides, some European countries such as Lithuania and Croatia set weight limits for parcel shipments.

‑ Asia: Import duties are waived for Japan, Taiwan, Malaysia, Singapore and other regions.

Order Tracking:
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please note that courier systems may take 1‑3 days to display updated tracking information. If no updates appear after this period, feel free to contact us by email.

Haven’t received your order?
If your parcel shows “delivered” but you have not received it:

1. Contact the courier company immediately.

2. Reach out to us for further support.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
Inspect your parcel upon arrival. If damage occurs, please take photos or videos right away and file a claim with the courier. We will provide assistance when needed.
If you receive the wrong item, please supply photo evidence, and we will arrange a replacement shipment.

Returns & Exchanges:

Do NOT return parcels or refuse delivery without prior authorization. The receiving address printed on the package cannot be used for returns.
To qualify for return or exchange, the inner plastic packaging of the doll must remain unopened.

Shipping Restrictions & Address Requirements:

PO boxes are not accepted. Please provide a valid physical street address for delivery.

Restricted Destinations: Due to import laws, we do not ship to Islamic countries, India, Brazil, Moldova or most African nations.
