Important Care Tips

1. Avoid leaving your doll stuck in awkward, tightly compressed poses for extended periods. Sitting poses are fine, but never push joints past their natural limit, and don’t make the doll stand without proper support. For custom pose requests, reach out to our customer service, custom pose adjustments typically take 1‑2 business days.

2. Never force the hip joints to a full 180‑degree flat position, and avoid holding both arms fully raised above the head. The doll is not designed for long‑term standing. Keeping it upright without support may damage the internal metal skeleton and outer skin. All size data is measured when the doll is standing; a 1‑3 cm measurement deviation is normal.

3. Because of the material feature, dark‑colored clothes may cause permanent staining on the doll surface. Try to avoid black or heavily‑dyed clothing. Minor surface stains can be improved by timely gentle cleaning, but deep embedded discoloration can hardly be removed completely.

4. Do not use high‑pressure water to flush the inner vaginal cavity. Do not soak the doll’s face in water. When makeup smudges or dirt accumulates, use wet cotton swabs to wipe gently and dry thoroughly.

5. Keep sharp objects such as scissors away from the doll surface to prevent scratches. The material is flammable. Please keep the product far from open fire and high‑temperature heat sources.

6. Do not use strong disinfectants, high‑alcohol cleaners or harsh chemical detergents. If you have sensitive skin, test any care product on a small hidden area before full‑scale use.

7. Do not store the doll in a fully upright standing position. If the eyes look misaligned, you may slightly push or pull them for fine adjustment. If you buy a display stand, we recommend choosing the model with soft white inner lining.
