Shipping policy

Our goal is to provide you with the best shipping options, no matter where you live. We deliver daily to dozens of customers worldwide and strive to offer you the highest level of service. We can almost ship goods to any address in the world. Please note that some products have restrictions, and some cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Shipping Timeframes:

European countries, the United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand require 10 to 15 working days.
Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore, South Korea, and Japan require 3 to 5 working days.
Asian countries such as Thailand, Vietnam, the UAE, Israel, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia require 4 to 7 working days.
African countries require 10 to 15 working days.

Shipping Methods:

When you place an order, we will estimate the shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of the products and the shipping method you specify. Generally, we will choose air freight or international express delivery.
Violins, violas, and bows will be shipped via FedEx, DHL, TNT, or UPS.
Cellos will be shipped through China Post (if you specify a courier, please mention it in advance).

freight fee:

International shipping fee are included in the price; however, certain international orders may be subject to customs duties or import fees. Recipients of international express shipments may be required to pay import taxes/customs duties and other fees, which are charged upon the arrival of the shipment in the destination country. We cannot estimate these fees, and they are the responsibility of the recipient."

Packing and Shipping Instructions:

  1. Before shipping, select the corresponding product model, pack it properly, place it in the violin case along with the accessories, and then place the case in a cardboard box. Seal the box with specialized tape. Take photos and record videos of the entire process.
  2. Send a shipping email to the customer, including the tracking number, photos, and video.
  3. Wrap the violin in oil paper inside the case to prevent the varnish from sticking.
  4. Shipping violins during June, July, August, and September is generally not recommended due to high temperatures that may cause the varnish to melt. For violins with fully cured varnish, shipping can proceed with mutual agreement. Bows and other products are not affected by these seasonal restrictions.

Receiving and Signing Guidelines:

To protect your rights, for valuable items, follow these steps before signing for the package in the presence of the courier:

  • Step 1: Start your phone's recording function and continuously record until the inspection is complete and the package is signed for. Check for any damage to the package.
  • Step 2: During recording, ensure clear footage of the tracking number and other details on the shipping label to provide evidence for the seller.
  • Step 3: Open the package and inspect the outer packaging of the product to ensure it is intact and undamaged.
  • Step 4: Compare the item with the photos and video provided in the shipping email to confirm it matches the model you purchased. Check for any dents, damage, or defects in the product itself. Only use the product once you confirm there are no issues.

If you notice damage to the package, outer packaging, or the product itself, refuse to accept the delivery.
