Start all cleaning work with water kept below 40°C, you can use mild body wash or gentle laundry detergent to get the job done safely. When wiping the head section, only use a soft damp cloth, never let water seep into the neck connector to avoid rust and internal component damage. The torso below the neck can be detached for more thorough cleaning, and for intimate area care, use the included dedicated cleaning tool for repeated gentle washes, never blast high‑pressure water straight into the canal as strong pressure will harm the delicate inner structure.

For intimate area cleaning, avoid harsh scrubbing entirely. Dampen a soft towel with warm 40°C water, wring it until it is moist but not dripping, insert it gently into the area and pat repeatedly, then dry thoroughly with a clean towel. Follow up by wiping the inner surface with a soft towel lightly misted with low‑concentration alcohol, let it air fully dry, then dust body powder around the opening to finish. For dolls with suction or inflation functions, use a warm damp cotton cloth to wipe the inner space carefully, dry completely and finish with powder around the opening.

Moving on to daily care and storage, the doll’s internal joints are engineered for a natural range of pose adjustment, but since it comes factory‑set in a gentle upright position, avoid locking it into awkward, strained positions for long stretches as this may lead to permanent deformation or material damage. If dust or light surface marks appear, clean the spot with a mild detergent like body wash or gentle laundry soap, do not rub large areas aggressively.

After cleaning, make sure the whole body is completely dry. Apply baby powder or corn‑starch powder across the surface to reduce stickiness and maintain a smooth skin‑like feel. Frequent‑use dolls should receive a full cleaning at least once every month. You may use sponge bath or partial soaking. Do not submerge the doll above collarbone height. Seal neck screw holes with tape before wet cleaning, or remove the head assembly. Please treat painted parts, simulated eyebrows and hair with extra care. Proper maintenance will extend your doll’s service life significantly.
