Doll Heads & Accessories (Small Packages): Shipped via premium express services such as FedEx, DHL, TNT, or UPS.

Step 2: During recording, ensure clear footage of the tracking number and other details on the shipping label to provide evidence for the seller.
Step 3: Open the package and inspect the outer packaging of the product to ensure it is intact and undamaged.
Step 4: Compare the item with the photos and video provided in the shipping email to confirm it matches the model you purchased. Check for any dents, damage, or defects in the product itself. Only use the product once you confirm there are no issues.

Warranty Period: We provide a 1-year warranty on the internal metal skeleton of the doll, starting from the date of delivery. Under normal usage, if the skeleton fractures or joints loosen, we will provide free repair guidance or replacement parts.
Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage caused by human error or improper care, including but not limited to: skin staining from dark clothing, cuts, tears, burns, or material degradation due to incorrect cleaning and maintenance.

After-Sales Support & Process:

Discreet Support: If you detect any issues upon receiving your product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To protect your privacy, all after-sales communications are handled strictly 1-on-1 by our dedicated team and will remain completely confidential.
Issue Evaluation: When contacting support, please provide clear photos or videos of the affected area. Our technical team will assess the damage and provide the best solution (e.g., sending specialized repair glue/kits, replacing detachable parts, or guiding you through a remote repair).

Return & Refund Policy (Hygiene & Safety Notice):

Hygiene Policy: Due to the highly intimate and personal nature of adult products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product packaging has been opened or the item has been used, unless there is a major manufacturing defect.
Unopened Returns: If the outer packaging remains completely unopened, sealed, and in resellable condition, you may request a return within 7 days of receipt. In this scenario, the buyer will be responsible for all round-trip international shipping fees and any applicable restocking fees.
